Recruitment Process & Formalities

Recruitment Process & Formalities

At Lamia Human Resource & Development (RL-1992), we maintain a transparent and highly organized recruitment system designed to bridge the gap between global employers and the right talent. Our process is structured to ensure legal compliance, technical proficiency, and medical fitness for every candidate we deploy.

Recruitment Procedure

To initiate the hiring process, the employer or principal must provide the following essential legal documents:

Agency Agreement

Before the initiation of any recruitment project, a formal Agency Agreement is mutually signed between our organization and the employer. This legal instrument officially binds both parties, defining the scopes of work, terms of service, financial understandings, and specific responsibilities to ensure an aligned and trouble-free partnership.

Demand Letter

The employer officially issues a Demand Letter addressed to our agency, detailing the exact workforce requirements. This mandatory document explicitly states the job categories, required number of workers, monthly salary scales, daily duty hours, contract durations, and essential employee benefits such as food, accommodation, medical care, and air passage.

Power of Attorney

To legally execute recruitment operations on the employer's behalf, a Power of Attorney must be issued in favor of our agency. This critical document empowers us to act as the authorized agent in Bangladesh, allowing us to manage all mandatory regulatory procedures, clear administrative hurdles with the government, and handle necessary formalities with the respective embassies.

Consular Letter

The employer provides a Consular Letter directed to the respective embassy or consulate to facilitate the seamless processing of visas. This document serves as an official authorization, verifying that our agency has been officially permitted to submit passports, handle biometrics, and secure visa endorsements for the selected pool of candidates.

Visa Advice

Upon receiving official Visa Advice or individual visa documentation ($Wkala$) from the employing country's government, our deployment team swings into immediate action. This official clearance triggers the final steps of our processing flow, including mandatory medical screenings, flight seat bookings, pre-dispatch orientations, and final immigration clearance.
